Safety Policy


It is the policy of Midwest Energy Solutions and J & L Heating & Cooling to provide a safe and healthful working condition at our job sites. We comply with all Federal, State and Local laws, rules and regulations as mandated. The safety and health of our employees is our top priority. Realizing that injuries and property damage by accidents and fire are preventable, our employees are expected to follow all acceptable safe work rules and regulations. They are also expected to develop a concern for the safety of others as well as themselves.

We further subscribe to these safety principles:

  • Nothing we do is worth getting someone injured. Safety can and must be managed. Safety is everyone's responsibility. Working safely is a condition of employment.
